Having played this game since the early days and watched the dwindling numbers still hanging on to what is one of the greatest games ever played, i have to say that the lack of news regarding the new Insurgency is driving me crazy.
Like all the other stalwarts i have waited and wondered if this will ever come to fruition.

First of all it was the hanging on to the game of the old devs that basically thinned out the user base through constant squabbling and lack of updates, then it was the name calling and idle threats which splintered the users into for and against Jeremy blum (who incidentally was one of the games original team then we had some well meaning guys at
teamredeployment who tried to take up the mantle but when jeremy decided that he was going to take up the challenge and this is in short where we are at the moment

This is a shortened version of the story as it would require going through it all over again and need page after page so it is not the definitive story before anyone says. We have been promised a game to match our hopes in 2012 & to be honest if it does i will be a happy bunny but with not even 1 screenshot, video or teaser trailer i have to say the complaint that was always used against the old dev team, which was that they never kept anyone informed (which was true to an extent) is happening all over again. If anyone can give me any access to any of these things the feel free to send me something, anything.
